From statement by Mr. TERZI (Observer, Palestine Liberation Organization):The Israeil invasions were carried out in 1978 and 1982 not because the Palestinians were there but in pursuance of a policy of the Zionist movement and the Israeli Government. We are all aware of those records of Moshe Sharett and of those plans.
